How do reimbursement calculations work ?
Thank you for subscribing to our service. Below is our refund and cancellation policy based on the subscription duration.
1. One-Month Subscription
Non-refundable and non-cancellable after payment.
2. Three-Month Subscription
You are eligible for a 50% refund if you request cancellation within 29 days of the subscription start date.
After 29 days, cancellation and refunds are not available.
3. Six-Month Subscription
You are eligible for a 75% refund if you request cancellation within 29 days of the subscription start date.
After 29 days and up to 59 days, you can receive a 40% refund.
After 59 days, cancellation and refunds are not available.
4. Twelve-Month Subscription
You are eligible for a 70% refund if you request cancellation within 59 days of the subscription start date.
After 59 days and up to 90 days, you can receive a 30% refund.
After 90 days, cancellation and refunds are not available.
5. If You Experience Issues with Your Subscription
You can contact our support team via WhatsApp, Telegram, or the support window on our website.
We will work to resolve the issue within a maximum of 10 days.
If we are unable to resolve the issue within this period, we will proceed with the cancellation and refund according to the policy outlined above.
Note: The 10 days spent resolving your issue will not be counted toward the days you are eligible for cancellation and a refund.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the subscription.
The refund process takes 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
